Research Abstract

ハロゲン化鉛無機有機量子井戸物質を用い、井戸幅の揺らぎがないことを利用して、光を介した井戸間の分極の結合、すなわち多重量子井戸ポラリトンが光学特性に与える影響の研究を行った。特に、井戸間の光結合に由来する幅広い全反射領域と三次元バルク物質におけるL-T分裂との比較、および、井戸間のポラリトンの伝搬・緩和過程を詳細に調べた。
