Research Abstract

超流動ヘリウム3のB相における表面状態密度には、超流動ギャップエネルギー以下に束縛状態バンドが現れる。このバンド幅が、壁の鏡面度が大きくなるに従い広くなることを見出した。また音響インピーダンスの温度依存性に新たな異常が表れることを観測した。この異常は有限の鏡面度のとき、表面状態密度のゼロエネルギー状態が強く抑制されることによって説明された。
