Research Abstract |
We have investigated non-linear conducting phenomena in charge-ordered systems with focuses on clarifications of the mechanisms of the memory effects. Since these phenomena are governed by physical processes which posess various length-scales, we have applied various effective models which have microscopic to macroscopic lengthscale in complimentary manners. We have obtained knowledges for the non-linear conductivity phenomena common in these systems.
