| Research Abstract |
多孔質媒質を仮定し、さらに流体の移動を考慮に入れてスロースリップの発生機構を理論的・数値的に調べた。これによると、透水係数が異なる媒質境界に断層が存在する場合に、もっとも大規模な余効すべりが起こりうることがわかった。また、低周波地震などのいわゆるゆっくり地震は、摩擦発熱による流体圧の上昇と空隙生成に伴う流体圧の減少の間の相互作用および流体拡散により説明可能であることがわかった。
