| Research Abstract |
大気中に浮遊する微粒子(大気エアロゾル)を構成する有機化合物の化学組成の解明を目指して、都市部及び山間部で採取されたエアロゾル中の糖類の分析を行った。その結果、糖類は水溶性有機炭素の数%~10%程度を占める濃度で存在していること、粒径2μm以下の微小エアロゾルに多く含まれていること、起源として植物片やリターなどの飛散・再飛散が重要であること、などが明らかになり、糖類、更にこれを含む生物エアロゾルが雲核として雲形成に関わっていることが示唆された。
