| Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は、固体円二色性(CD)測定と固体高分解能核磁気共鳴(NMR)測定を組み合わせ、同位体ラベルしないキラルな固体試料の立体構造解析の方法を確立することである。固体CD測定の目的は、固体状態における多結晶粉末あるいはフィルム状のポリアミノ酸の高次構造の決定である。これらの試料を用いてα-へリックス、β-シート、あるいはランダムコイルなのかを決定することができれば非常に有効な分子構造解析手段となる。
