Research Abstract

弱い電子受容性を有するアニオン(AA)を作成し、それを対イオンとするドナー(D)・アニオン(A)型電荷移動(CT)塩を作成したとき、得られた錯体の中でAAがもし1よりずっと小さな電荷xを受け取った場合、AAがモノアニオンであればAAは全体で-(1+x)の電荷を有することになる。この時、チャージバランスにより、伝導層を形成しているドナー層にこのx分だけホールが部分的にドープ型分子性伝導体が実現するはずである。同様に弱い電子供与性を有するアニオン(DA)を用いた場合は、電子ドープ型分子性伝導体が実現するはずである。部分ドープが実現すれば、伝導性の向上や超伝導の発現などが期待できる。
