| Research Abstract |
リン配位子は、常温ではリン中心で立体反転を起こさない。しかしながら、申請者は、多座リン配位子が金属に配位する際に、常温でも3級ホスフィンが反転する極めて稀な例を見出した。この現象は、化学平衡により望みの異性体へ誘導する道を開くものとして重要である。リン中心が反転の遷移状態でsp2混成を取る際に金属イオンが配位できることが、反転障壁を減少させる原因であると推定された。
