| Research Abstract |
ヘモグロビンの代謝物であるビリルビンの光反応を, 工業的な画像複製技術であるリソグラフィープロセスへ応用した。反応活性種の発生しない光異性化反応によってビリルビン分子内の水素結合を解き, これに基づきビリルビン薄膜がほぼ中性の水に近い現像条件など穏やかな条件でポジ型の光パターニングができることを明らかにした。
