| Research Abstract |
本研究は、蛍光に依らない生体顕微観察を実現できるレーザースペックル顕微鏡の開発を行った。その結果、観察光学系、レーザー照射光学系それぞれについて最適条件が明らかになったと共に、レーザースペックル像の画像処理方法としては、差分法を基礎とするGD法が最適であることも分かった。また、照射レーザーとしては、分解能を上げる観察の場合には短波長光源を、詳細な生体活動可視化に重点を置く場合には、近赤外光源が好ましくことも明らかとなった。レーザー光源については、用途に応じて波長を変えられることが好ましいため、その光源として波長可変プラスチックレーザーの開発にも取り組み、専用励起源のマイクロチップYAGレーザーの開発も行い、励起に必要な高調波発生の準備まで整った。
