Research Abstract

生体吸収性材料として医療の分野で実用化が始まっているハイドロキシアパタイト粒子分散ポリL乳酸複合材料の破壊特性を改善するために, 分子鎖の方向を制御する方法と化学反応による架橋効果を用いる方法の2種類を考案し, どちらの方法においても効果的に破壊特性が改善されることを明らかにした. また, 生体吸収性複合材料の再生医療への応用を目指して多孔質構造体を作製し, 構造と力学特性の関係, 細胞接着性等について検討した.
