Research Abstract

16万rpm以上の超高速スピンドルを搭載した高速工作機械を中心にしたプリント基板業界向けの次世代の生産システム・CAMシステムの構築を行う.特に超高速回転するドリル工具を用いるため,加工熱のドリル蓄熱現象,送り軸の高加速減速に伴う工作機械のテーブルやスピンドルの振動などの現象を解明して,当該工作機械の性能を十分に生かすための生産技術を研究する.
