Research Abstract

本研究では, インバータ用リアクトルの小形・低損失化を目的とし, 「鋼板中の渦電流を考慮した積層鉄芯の磁界解析法」を損失計算法に拡張し, 本計算法と実験により損失を低減する鉄芯と押え板の形状を明らかにするとともに, 開発した損失解析法の有用性を示した. なお, 福岡県産業・科学技術振興財団実用化FS事業において, 本研究で得られた最適構造の三相リアクトルが製作され, 損失が従来型の約半分となり, 本研究の目的の達成が実機でも確認されている.
