Research Abstract

種々のプラズマCVD法を用いてカーボンナノウォールの製造を行い、構造制御を実現するとともに、カーボンナノウォールの表面修飾と電気化学的評価を行った。さらに、超臨界二酸化炭素を用いた新規白金ナノ粒子担持方法を開発し、カーボンナノウォール表面への均一かつ高分散な白金ナノ粒子の担持を実現した。この成果は、金属ナノ粒子の合成とカーボンナノ構造体の表面修飾への新規プロセス技術として有用である。
