Research Abstract	膨大な数のインフラ設備が急速に老朽化するにつれて、合理的な維持管理手法の必要性が高まってきた。このため、会計学観点からアセットマネジメントの経済学的バックグラウンドの確立を試みた。また、電気通信用地下構造物を対象としてそのミクロマネジメント手法開発のための基礎調査手法の提示とデータベース構築、実態調査データベースに基づくミクロマネジメント手法の開発、ミクロマネジメント手法の検証とマクロマネジメント戦略構築のための基礎調査、マクロマネジメント戦略の妥当性に関する地盤工学的照査、地下構造物のアセットマネジメント戦略の構築を行った。
