| Research Abstract |
To offer appropriate retail environments, we must establish the framework of store arrangements, which had to be respected by each municipality. About the regional adjustment, strategy is not established yet in Germany. In the population decrease society, neighborhood supply becomes more important. It will be necessary to respect the view of senior citizen's shopping, and to assemble the city planning.
