| Research Abstract |
光学機能を発現する材料開発を目的として、近赤外レーザー光のガラス表面への集光照射局所加熱によるパターン形成技術に関する研究を実施した。半導体レーザー、顕微鏡および自動ステージによるシステムを構築し、その動作性能をステイン着色パターン形成により確認した。本システムを用いたレーザー照射で結晶化挙動を調査し基板ガラスとしての最適組成を決定した。また、レーザー照射点近傍の温度プロファイルをモデル計算により予測した。
