Research Abstract

圧電セラミックスの鉛フリー化が求められており、その有力候補材料であるニオブ酸リチウムナトリウムカリウム(LNKN)固溶体セラミックスの優れた圧電特性の起源に注目が集まっており、本研究では、この起源を調査した。その結果、優れた圧電特性にはセラミックス中の内部構造歪みが直接関わっており、この内部構造歪みの導入が鉛フリー圧電セラミックスの新たな物性制御の材料設計法として活かせるとの結論に達した。
