| Research Abstract |
水素環境中あるいは水素透過中に破壊試験が可能なin-situ 小型パンチ試験装置に水素選択透過性試験装置を組み込んだハイブリッド評価システムを構築し,ニオブ水素分離膜の水素脆化その場測定により,耐水素脆化に対する限界固溶水素濃度を求めた。また,ニオブ中への合金元素の添加効果を調べて,延性-脆性遷移を温度と固溶水素量の観点で求めた材料設計クライテリオンを確立した。さらに,この知見を基にしてパフォーマンス・チューニングしたNb-Ru あるいはNb-W 系のbcc 単相合金は,高い水素透過能と耐水素脆性,加工性および耐久性を兼ね備えていることが分かった。
