Research Abstract

これまでに当研究グループで開発したタンパク質分析用蛍光試薬の開発において得られた知見を基に、ターゲットとなるタンパク質を標識化するための蛍光ラベル化試薬の設計・合成、性能評価を行った。その結果、二次元電気泳動によって分離されたマウスの脳由来のタンパク質混合物と、開発した分析試薬を反応させたところ、既存方法よりも簡易的かつ高感度に明瞭なタンパク質スポットを確認することが出来た。
