Research Abstract

雄イモリ腹部肛門腺のステロイド画分は雌誘引活性を有することを確認した。その成分である腹腺中プレグネノロンとアンドロステンダイオンの一部が腹腺の管腔内に生理的濃度で放出され、各々単独で雌イモリに対する誘引効果をもつことを示した。以前我々が明らかにした腹部肛門腺由来のペプチド性のフェロモン・ソデフリンの間には雌誘引活性に関して相乗効果が存在することから、両者は協調してフェロモンとして働くと考えられる。
