Research Abstract

ヒトデの先体反応について、精子内のCa^2+の上昇を促す2種類の機構(ARISとasterosapのシグナル伝達機構)が起こす単独作用の時とは全く異なる協調的なCa2+の上昇機構に焦点をあててこれを解明することにある。未だ同定できていないARIS受容体をARIS活性糖鎖であるFr.1に対するアフィニティークロマトグラフを用いて、精子膜画分よりFr.1特異的に結合性を持つ41kDの受容体候補タンパク質が見出した。さらに、その受容体候補タンパク質の精子膜ラフトへの局在を明らかにした。
