| Research Abstract |
AMV逆転写酵素はMMLV 逆転写酵素よりも熱安定性が高く、鋳型プライマーにより強く安定化された。昆虫細胞を宿主として組換えAMV 逆転写酵素を発現させた。変異Asp505→Ala を導入するとAMV 逆転写酵素の熱安定性が向上した。
