| Research Abstract |
他系統との交雑により作出したF2世代を連鎖解析により、食事による血清コレステロール濃度を上昇させる領域として染色体5番および14番の領域に可能性があることが明らかになった。この解析の詳細では性により血清コレステロール値を決定している領域が分離しており、連鎖解析手法を用いた遺伝子同定結果においては非常にまれな結果であった。雄においての14番の領域にはRGD1309450_predictedの遺伝子のcording regionにmRNAが短くなる変異が存在し、この遺伝子はヒトおよびマウスで発現しているSMEK2と相同性が高い。
