| Research Abstract |
マツノザイセンチュウ侵入後のクロマツ樹体内の生体防御を明らかにするため、抵抗性と感受性それぞれから経時的に組織片を採取し、抽出したRNAに基づいて構築した6ライブラリーから単離した1,900 ESTが既存のデータベースに登録されている遺伝子と一致した。これらESTにはPRタンパク等が共通して含まれていたが、時間経過に応じて各ライブラリーから単離されるESTには特徴が認められた。本研究の結果、生体防御関連遺伝子発現プロファイルの基礎的データが収集できた。
