| Research Abstract |
Chattonella3種115株の核相解析を行った結果、すべてがヘテロ接合体であり、栄養細胞は接合(有性生殖)で生じたと考えられた。また小型細胞の細胞レベルの核相解析を行った結果、ヘテロ接合体とその半数体の2タイプの存在が明らかになった。減数分裂で小型細胞が形成され、小型細胞同士の接合の結果としてシストが形成される可能性に加えて、ヘテロ接合体の小型細胞から直接シストが形成される経路が推察された。
