| Research Abstract |
2, 3-ジヒドロキシピロールトリフレートへの段階的な鈴木-宮浦交差カップリング反応を鍵反応として用いるテロメラーゼ阻害活性を有する海洋天然物ディクティオデンドリン類の基本骨格構築法を開発した。また、テロメラーゼ阻害活性が期待できる硫酸エステル型のポリシトン誘導体の合成を行った。
