| Research Abstract |
fcwf-4細胞のFIPV感染実験においてウイルス複製に影響を与えるncRNAの分離・同定を試みた. マイクロDNA アレイによるmiRNA の解析を行い, hsa-miR-494 がウイルス感染時に2.1倍上昇することが明らかとなったが, hsa-miR-593, hsa-miR-193a-3p, hsa-miR-17 はそれぞれ0.11倍, 0.34倍, 0.44 倍と発現が減少した. 現在, 生理学的機能, 解析中である.
