| Research Abstract |
犬色素性表皮母斑(CPEN)は、特定犬種に稀にしか発生のみられない非腫瘍性増殖性皮膚病変であるが、CPEN 関連PV の関与が証明されている。また、CPEN は腫瘍性病変への転化を示すこともある。本研究では、パラフィン切片を利用した病巣からのCPEN 関連PVのPCR 検出法を確立するとともに、CPEN を含む皮膚疾患における新規PV およびPV 関連新規疾患の検出を試みた。また、CPEN 関連病巣にCPEN 関連PV がどうのように関与しているのかを insitu Hybridization 法を用いて明らかにした。
