Research Abstract	都市近郊のため池において,2002年度以降毎月一度行っている水質調査を継続して,アルカリ性ホスファターゼ活性の季節変動と,水質及び光合成活性との関係を検討した。その結果,栄養塩濃度が低い池では高い光合成活性が認められ,至適条件下の培養系で認められる活性に近い値が観測されることもあった。一方,栄養塩濃度が高い池では光合成活性は低かった。リン濃度と光合成活性が負の関係を持つことを示唆する結果も得られたが,ため池ごとには栄養塩との直接的な関係は認められなかった。
