Research Abstract

o-キノンモノアセタールの分子内Diels-Alder 反応で構築したビシクロ[2.2.2]骨格の立体的特性を利用し、テトロドトキシンの中心骨格である多置換シクロヘキサンを、その立体化学を制御し合成することに成功した。
