| Research Abstract |
一つの細胞を顕微鏡で観察しながらガラス製のナノスプレーチップを突き刺して内容物を取り出し、質量分析計で分子プロフィールを取得し、変化した分子を捉える方法(Live Single Cell Mass Spectrometry)を開発した。この方法を用いて、様々な種類の細胞、細胞周期の違いや、幹細胞からの分化の過程、投与した薬物の代謝変化などの分子プロフィールの違いを見分けることができ、変化分子の同定も行えることを示した。
