| Research Abstract |
Src型チロシンキナーゼは細胞膜に係留し受容体からのシグナルを伝達して、細胞の増殖・分化・運動・形態などに深く関与し、その異常は細胞を癌化へと導く。しかし、時空間的局在解析を行なった結果、Src型キナーゼは細胞膜の他に、リソソーム膜とゴルジ体膜や核内にも存在し、脂肪酸付加の状態により巧妙に選別されることが分かった。本研究は、局在特異的Srcキナーゼを標的とした新規抗癌剤創製へ向けた第一歩となろう。
