| Research Abstract |
我々はラットの動脈性ED(erectile dysfunction)モデルを用いて、vardenafil慢性投与によるED改善メカニズムを血流動態学および組織学面から検討した。勃起機能の評価は海綿体神経刺激による海綿体内圧変化を調べた。その結果、vardenafil投与によって陰茎海綿体への側副血行路の発達と海綿体平滑筋の構造保持が確認され、動脈性EDラットの勃起機能が改善された。
