Research Abstract

本研究では、腸内細菌が肝臓の薬物代謝酵素(Cytochrome P450, CYP)の発現変動に関与する可能性について検討を行った。その結果、腸内細菌の変動によりCYP の発現が変動することが明らかとなった。このことから、腸内細菌叢の変動がCYP の発現変化を介して薬物動態の変動の一因となっている可能性が示唆された。
