Research Abstract

FABP分子群の生体機能を明らかにすべく、細胞内シグナル伝達系の制御への関与とその機構、脂肪酸代謝物であるエイコサノイドの産生系への関与と活性の制御、等について焦点を当てながら検証を加えた。その結果、(1)表皮型FABP分子が、マウス肥満細胞において、LPS誘導TNFα産生経路にポジティブに関与していることが判明した。(2)表皮型FABP分子が、マウス表皮細胞においてリノール酸の代謝制御を介して、早期分化過程に関与していることが判明した。(3)脳型FABP分子が、マウスアストロサイトの脂肪酸代謝を介して、精神神経疾患の病態に関与していることが判明した。
