Research Abstract

本課題では、細胞内のトランスゴルジネットワーク(TGN)からエンドソームへの小胞輸送を制御する単量体クラスリンアダプタータンパク質であるGGAsの機能について、ライブセルイメージング法およびRNAi法等を用いて詳細に解析した。その結果、GGAがカーゴタンパク質であるカチオン非依存性マンノース6リン酸受容体のTGNにおける選別過程のみならず、同分子のターンオーバーに関わることを明らかにした。
