| Research Abstract |
作成したt-PAR発現線維芽細胞は、t-PA結合能とPlg活性化能が増強した。また、この細胞は37℃条件下の感温性ポリマー上で接着・増殖し、25℃でシート上に剥離した。以上の結果より、細胞表面上のt-PA/t-PAR系による蛋白分解活性を制御されたt-PAR発現細胞は、感温性ポリマー樹脂と組み合わせた新たな手法として組織損傷後の修復・再生への臨床応用が期待される。
