Research Abstract

本研究では、心房性ナトリウム利尿ペプチド(ANP)が脳内の"どこ"で"どの様"に発熱抑制に働くのかについてin vivoの実験系を用いて詳細に検討した。その結果、視床下部のANPによる発熱抑制と発熱時の視床下部でのANPやC-Type NP (CNP)さらにはインターロイキン1のmRNA発現を見いだした。ANP やCNP は視床下部内の受容体に作用して、発熱のメデイエーターの産生を抑制することで発熱を抑制するものと推察される。
