Research Abstract

研究成果の概要:生物時計の組織特異的概日リズム発振機構の分子機構を明らかにするため、C6細胞を末梢時計モデルとして用い、組織特異的概日振動遺伝子および振動タンパクを検出した。Gene chipsにより約300の特異的振動遺伝子を、2D-DIGEにより数十個の振動タンパクを認めた。転写の振動を伴わない、タンパクリン酸化による概日振動を示すものもあった。タンパクリン酸化は細胞機能に関与し、その概日リズムを知ることは、細胞のリズム発振機構解明に意義深い
