Research Abstract	アミロイドオリゴマーの形成を阻害することにより、デスミン心筋症の治療が可能か否かを検討した。ストレスタンパク質(HSP)発現誘導剤(ゲラニルゲラニルアセトン)の長期投与は、デスミン心筋症モデルマウスの心筋のアミロイドオリゴマー量を低下させ、デスミン心筋症病態を軽減した。HSPの発現誘導によりデスミン心筋症治療が可能と考えられる。
