Research Abstract

二次元電気泳動法とウェスタンブロッティング法、および量子ドット法を組み合わせて、複数の蛋白質翻訳後修飾を同時に検出する方法を開発し、蛋白発現量だけではわからなかった蛋白質の翻訳後修飾異常が糖尿病発症以前から生じていることが明らかになった。
