| Research Abstract |
核内受容体HNF-4αのP1およびP2プロモーター由来アイソフォーム(P1, P2-HNF4α)は臓器によって発現が異なる。胃癌や粘液産生性卵巣癌に特徴的HNF-4αアイソフォームの発現が観察され、粘液形質との関連が明らかにされた。膵ランゲルハンス島ではP2-HNF4αがα細胞に発現することを確認し、HNF4αの糖代謝への関与について新たな知見を得た。
