| Research Abstract |
組織多様性を示す神経膠腫では各組織型におけるgenotype が異なる場合があり、治療を含めた臨床病理学的な診断には、遺伝子変異の解析が必要な場合がある。特に悪性神経膠腫においては治療感受性を判定するには、組織型ごとにO6-MGMTをはじめ複数の因子を解析することによって最適の治療を選択できると考えられた。
