Research Abstract

前立腺癌は組織内に様々の形態の腫瘍が発生したり、多発性に生ずることが多い。三次元構築ソフトウエアによって腫瘍間の連続性・非連続性を検討した上で、この差異が遺伝子的に説明しうるかをDNAマイクロアレイ法で解析したところ、候補遺伝子群が認められた。これらの遺伝子群の中に術前に得られた生検標本から多発性であるか否かを予測できるマーカー遺伝子が存在する可能性があると考えられた。
