Research Abstract

胃癌・結腸癌において、間質浸潤及び脈管侵襲に関与する蛋白の癌細胞発現を検討し、さらに血管とリンパ管の内皮細胞に特異的なマーカー(vWF抗体及びLYVE-1抗体)を用いて、客観的に脈管識別を行った上でリンパ管侵襲とリンパ節転移の関連を組織学的に解析した。胃癌では、癌先進部におけるclaudin-3, claudin-4, β-catenin, MMP-1, MMP-2の発現の内、MMP-1発現程度のみがリンパ節転移と有意な関連を示し、癌細胞の接着因子よりも間質浸潤能が脈管侵襲や転移に強く関与していることが示唆された。また、結腸癌では、癌先進部の腫瘍型の性状が、リンパ節転移に強く関わっていた。
