Research Abstract |
Diploid5例の平均テロメア長は6.7kbpであり、G3を含む悪性度の高い例でテロメアが短かった。5例に共通してテロメアが有意に短縮する染色体は存在しないが、12p(Kras遺伝子搭載)は5例中3例で有意に短縮していた。染色体不安定性の指標であるアナフェーズブリッジの出現頻度はテロメア長と逆相関を示し、テロメアの短縮が染色体不安定性に深く関与していることが明らかになった。
