Research Abstract

多種多様ながんにおいて高発現しているヒストン修飾を制御する分子が、腫瘍抑制遺伝子などの細胞の恒常性を維持することのできる重要な遺伝子群の発現の抑制をもたらし、細胞の表現型を変化させることによって、がんの発生と進展を引き起こしていることを明らかにした。
