| Research Abstract |
薬剤耐性を持つ変異ウイルスに最大の薬効を持つ薬物の創出に向けて、HIV-1プロテアーゼのL90M変異体に対し強い薬効を示すプロテアーゼ阻害剤の開発を進めた。阻害剤の化学構造を計算機で設計し、設計された薬物について、有機合成を行った。合成経路は全9工程の反応とした。最終合成物の収量が少ないため、現在、合成を続け、反応生成物構造の確認を進めている。反応中間物については、薬物活性の測定を試みた。
