Research Abstract |
本研究課題では制御性樹状細胞のT細胞機能制御機構におけるCD200受容体(CD200R; CD200 receptor)分子群であるCD200R3の役割について検討を行った。その結果、CD200R3は制御性樹状細胞のT細胞アナジー誘導機構とCD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+制御性細胞誘導機構に関与する特異的発現機能分子であることが明らかとなった。
